GGCL reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility for Registration

Player registration is open to individuals who meet the age and eligibility criteria specified by GGCL.
• Minors must complete registration with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• GGCL reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if false or misleading information is provided.

3. Registration Fee and Inclusions

The current registration fee is ₹499 per player, unless otherwise stated.
• Registration benefits may include cricket playing dress, access to cricket grounds, match participation, basic cricket kit support, and refreshments during matches.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration process is completed, except where explicitly stated by GGCL.
• GGCL reserves the right to modify registration benefits based on availability or operational requirements.

4. Player Conduct and Discipline

All players participating in GGCL events must adhere to the principles of fair play, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Players must:
• Respect match officials, coaches, mentors, teammates, and opponents
• Follow the rules and regulations of the league
• Avoid abusive language, violence, cheating, or misconduct
• Maintain appropriate behavior on and off the field

GGCL reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any player found violating league rules, without refund of registration fees.

5. Health, Fitness, and Safety

Players participate in GGCL activities at their own risk.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that players are medically fit to participate.
• GGCL is not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or health issues occurring during matches, practice sessions, travel, or related activities.
• Basic safety measures will be followed, but cricket is a physical sport and carries inherent risks.

6. Match Scheduling and Changes

Match schedules, venues, team allocations, and formats are subject to change due to weather, ground availability, administrative reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
• GGCL will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of changes through the website, announcements, or official communication channels.
• GGCL is not responsible for any inconvenience or expenses caused by schedule changes.

7. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, match data, and announcements, is the intellectual property of Gali Gali Cricket League unless otherwise stated.

You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission
• Use GGCL branding, logos, or materials for commercial purposes without authorization

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Media, Photography, and Promotion

By registering or participating in GGCL events, players and guardians grant GGCL permission to:

No separate compensation will be provided for such usage.

9. Code of Ethics and Anti-Addiction Policy

GGCL promotes a healthy, addiction-free lifestyle and expects all participants to support this initiative.

Use of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances during GGCL events is strictly forbidden.
• Any participant found violating this policy may face immediate removal from the league.
• GGCL supports the national vision of a drug-free India and encourages positive role modeling.

10. Limitation of Liability

GGCL, its organizers, partners, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
• Personal injuries, accidents, or loss of property
• Travel-related issues or delays
• Technical issues related to the website
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at individual risk.

11. Third-Party Links

12. Termination of Access

GGCL reserves the right to:

Payment Terms

All fees (registration, participation, or training) are to be paid online through our official channels only.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable unless GGCL cancels an event due to unavoidable reasons.
In case of technical issues (like failed transactions), please contact our support team within 48 hours for resolution.
GGCL is not responsible for any payment made to unauthorized personnel or unofficial links.

Event Participation

Participants are expected to arrive on time for trials, matches, and training sessions.
You must follow the code of conduct set by GGCL and respect officials, coaches, and other players.
GGCL reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of event rules.

All decisions made by GGCL match officials, umpires, or management are final and binding

Code of Conduct

We believe cricket is not just a game, it’s a spirit. To maintain that spirit, we expect all players to:

Show sportsmanship on and off the field.
Avoid abusive language or gestures.
Refrain from using banned substances or unfair means.
Respect every decision made during the game.

Any violation of these rules can lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent ban.

Use of Photos & Videos

By participating in GGCL events, you give us permission to use your:

Photographs
Match videos
Interview clips
Name and achievements

These may be shared on our website, social media, or promotional materials to highlight your cricket journey and inspire others.  If you wish to opt out, please reach out to us in writing before the event starts.

Cancellation or Postponement

While we do our best to conduct every event as scheduled, certain situations (like bad weather, government restrictions, or technical issues) may cause delays or cancellations.

In such cases, we’ll notify all registered participants via SMS, email, or call.
If an event is canceled by GGCL, you may be eligible for a rescheduled date or partial refund (as per GGCL’s discretion).

Liability Disclaimer

We care deeply about your safety, but by participating in GGCL activities, you agree that:

GGCL, its organizers, or partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
You are participating at your own risk and should ensure you are physically fit and medically cleared to play.
It’s your responsibility to safeguard your personal belongings during events. We always have trained professionals and safety protocols in place — but cricket, like any sport, comes with its share of risks.
